In my opinion I think having a pet rat would be much better than having a pet lizard because… Firstly rats are kind of fluffy and lizards are Scaly who would want a scaly pet!? Secondly rats move around a lot and lizards don’t often move. Lastly rats are fun to hold and they let you hold them but lizards will run and they won't let you pick them up. In conclusion I think having a pet rat would be much better than having a pet lizard.

Jacob S: I would rather have a lizard than a rat. Firstly because the green lizard can walk and run on water. Secondly gecko’s can camouflage. Lastly cause they have a unique ability to stretch out their tongue 2.5 times the length of their body. And thats why I would rather have a lizard than a rat.

Firstly they are very flexible and secondly you don't have to feed them that much because they are very independent! Thirdly they can camouflage very well. They also have a unique pattern on their body! Next there eyes can move in all directions so when dangers near they can hide/camouflage they have a long tongue to catch insects like your own bug repellent their tails can be cut off and grow back!!! they have sticky pads on there body so they can climb very well there are lots of different types of lizards WARNING!!! Red lizards are very poisonous!!!

Ethan W: I think a Lizard is better pet than a rat because if you have a cat it won't attack it or eat it. Secondly Lizard’s won’t try to get your cheese, but rat's will. Lastly Lizard’s have lots of species. In conclusion that’s why I would rather have a Lizard than a rat*

*I like rat’s by the way cuz I have a soft toy rat.

I would rather have a rat as my pet than a lizard.Why?

Well i’m glad i asked.Firstly a rat has a cute sly look on there faces but really they’re not so sly.Secondly all rats come in quite a unique colours like white, dark black, or normal black, brown and much more. Lastly rats don’t cost much.Also a fat loves cheese so your can feed them like mad.That’s why I think your should pick a rat instead of a lizard.
