We watched this video of how some children in Columbia. We used the video as inspiration for our writing today.
Here is Melissa's story ...
I go to school the most dangerous way in the world. I go to school on a zipline. Then walk the rest of the way to school. I’m always scared on a zipline when I go to school because I might fall. But I don’t because I hold tightly to the zipline. I would rather take a zipline than walking to school. I go with a buddy on the zipline. I go on a zipline every day. Just school days not Saturday or Sunday. Its very fun going on a zipline to school.
