Spelling and Basic Facts

On Friday we sent home the first of our Steps for Learning work. Basically this is a folder of Spelling and Basic Facts work to practise at home. This week, Spelling has come home. We have tested the children on the first three Essential Lists from the Spell-Write dictionary. We have given the lists that should be relatively easy for the children to learn. We aim to start them off easy and get harder words as their confidence increases. Work at home shouldn't be a chore for you or your child. Please can you remind your child that they need to bring their folder each Friday for testing. Thank you for your support.
