Pizza for Breakfast, Lunch and Tea!

We love writing! Today with Mrs Lunn, we wrote about one of our most FAVOURITE meals ... PIZZA!

We brainstormed all our ideas and grouped them under the headings for our five senses.

Carefully, I lift the pizza box. When I opened the box, all I could smell was waves of cheesy dough. I looked up and all of the kids at school started slithering over to me begging for a cchheeeessyy bite. Of course I said NO! Before they could take a bite, I scoffed it all down so I had no more left and I was disappointed for the rest of the day. But at least I had a pizza, unlike my friends. YAY! By Emma B

I slipped my hands into the cold oven mitts. I carefully take the homemade pizza out of the oven. I can smell melted cheese, mmmm yummy. It was cooked and very hot so I asked Mum to slice up the pizza, we had our pizza at the breakfast bar. The flavours we chose were so delicious, the crust was as crusty as it could be. It was so yummy i just had to keep going back for more and more, before i knew it i had 6 pieces! I am sooooo full now, Aww Pizza, I love you!!! By Connor A

I went in to Pizza Hut I saw lots of people. I ordered a delicious pizza. Meat Lovers! Mmmmmm. I can smell the spicy wafting out of the box. I could not wait one second. I quickly opened it and it looked beautiful. My tummy could not wait anymore. I slipped one piece out. It had mini sausages, salami, bacon, I took one huge bite and it was the best pizza ever! As my Aunty laid 10 pizza boxes on the table, I could smell the delicious pizzas like Hawaiian, meat lovers and spice filled the air with heat made my shiver with excitement.She slowly opened the boxes...I took one glance at those pizzas. Ding, dong. My mum opens the front door she carefully grabs the pizza and pays the pizza man. Mikaela and Rylee come running in and rushes to sit down. Mum slowly opens all our boxes and places them in front of us.I could already taste the cheesy garlic spreading all over my mouth. Finally I pick up the pizza and turn on a MOVIE. My first bite made me go to heaven. It tasted like a mixture of my favourite food. That cheese was so delicious and delightful. But that pepperoni tastes spicy like someone from Italy cooked it. Also the crust was crunchy like chips crinkling. All of that together tasted just like divine. By Mikaela

Ding dong me and Mikaela ran as fast as we could to the door . We paid the man and Ran back we turn.on the TV and carefully opened our box. I could smell the spicy pepperoni. I took a big bite out of the pizza. I said Mikaela "look the cheese was bubbling". By Rylee

DING DONG! I raced to the door and opened it as fast as an Albatross!There it was… no, not the pizza guy, the PIZZA! “Thank you!” I walked back to the kitchen and placed the Domino's pizza box on the table and started looking for a BIG slice. My family were already eating the pizza so I took a slice. In my vision I could see an almost empty cheese Pizza box. I could smell the heavenly scent of that luxurious cheese Pizza. I could hear my family chatting while I’m eating my Pizza. I could feel the warm pizza in my hand. Mmmm! I could taste that amazing, extraordinary, delicious cheesy pizza! I LOVE PIZZA! By Anoushka
