I'm Sorry, I can explain!

Some of us went to Mrs Lunn's Writing Opt in today. We watched this video of a very NAUGHTY dog!

We had to write an excuse for Cash to use to explain what happened.

I’m Very sorry Mum. There was a terrible accident. It wasn't all my fault.

I was playing outside with the butterflies and then I heard a huge bang. When I went inside there was a cat. He had a mischievous look in his sapphire blue eyes. When he saw me he tried to attack me.

The Cat Knocked over the wooden bookshelf and the books got destroyed. I tried to stop him. An idea came to my head. I found some of our cat's fish and put it outside. Then he went outside to get the fish.

The neighbour's cat jumped through the window. It rampaged through the house. Next it climbed up the book shelf. It tore the curtain to pieces. After that it broke my dolly. It tipped over the wine glasses and the wine glasses smashed. I stopped the cat by pouring my bowl of water all over it. Finally the cat made the dog food into a big mess all over the floor. Please don’t blame me!

I’m sorry. The cat made the mess. The cat jumped on the bookcase and I jumped on the bookshelf too. And the books fall off the bookcase. The cat scratched the books and the rubbish fell over the ground. So Mum, that's what happened. So the cat is in trouble!
